The National Mosque of Malaysia is located in Jalan Perdana, Kuala Lumpur. The mosque was built in 1965 and it has a capacity of 15,000 worshippers per session. The architect were Howard Ashley, Hisham Albakri, Baharuddin Kassim. It has 73 meter height of minaret.

KL or Kuala Lumpur (mean muddy confluence in English) is the capital and the largest city in Malaysia. Kuala Lumpur was founded in 1857 at the confluence of the Gombak and Klang rivers. The settlement started when a member of the Selangor royal family, Raja Abdullah, opened up the Klang Valley for tin prospectors.
